Contact forms: your name, company, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, your message and whether you agreed to receive text messages.

Technical data: the page you sent the form from, campaign tags in the link (UTM), and a shortened version of your IP address used only to prevent abuse.

Security check: our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to confirm you are a person. Cloudflare processes limited browser data for this purpose.

We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this website.

To answer your inquiry, prepare your free audit or proposal, add you to the Graphicmelt Studio waitlist if you asked for it, provide our services, and protect our website against spam and abuse. We do not sell personal information.

If you check the SMS consent box, we may text you about your inquiry, including through an automated assistant. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver the messages for us.

Only with service providers that help us operate, under their own privacy and security commitments: Cloudflare (hosting, security and storage), Resend (email delivery), Twilio (text messages) and Stripe (payments, if you become a client). We may also disclose information when required by law.

Inquiries are kept for up to 24 months. If you become a client, records are kept as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

This website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), spam protection and security headers. Form submissions are stored in a private database that is not accessible from the public website.

You may ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete it. Email info@graphicmeltdigital.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
